Chestnut puree, natural rich in flavour, tastes perfect in combination with wild game, poultry or white meat. The chestnuts from the Ardèche are selected and sorted meticulously. Afterwards, the fruits are steamed and peele. A little bit of water is added to the obtained pulp to form a homogeneous paste.
Whole chestnuts are steamed and sterilized without adding water in order to preserve their taste and texture. Whole chestnuts are mainly served as side dish or as appetizer. They are also the perfect ingredient for salads.
