SELECTION: all the samples that we receive yearly are submitted to strict sample surveys and only those that have "the real FILIPPO BERIO taste" are selected. About 6% of the samples are selected from the surveys carried out by our team of experts.
TASTE: Every day our team of experts runs tests to check the organoleptic properties in order to guarantee the quality of our oil and confirm the FILIPPO BERIO "profile".
ANALYSIS: In our specialized laboratories production analyses are repeatedly performed in order to meet the demands of the European Union and the International Council for Olive oil.
