The S.A. Charlier-Brabo Group (C.B.G.) is a commercial family company for import and distribution of FOOD and NON FOOD products.
The present group was created in 1985 by a merger between a number of companies, all of which had been founded by Georges Charlier since 1945. Under his leadership, the activities of S.A. Tocofru (tomato products ELVEA) were taken over in 1987 and merged with C.B.G.
The group now employs 64 people and has an annual turnover of more than 50 million Euro.
Raymond Charlier, Managing Director and nephew of the founder tells that Georges Charlier planned everything very carefully before creating each new company as his goal was to become the market leader in all activities and the exclusive distributor of well-known branded products and this appears still to be the case today.
The group consists of two divisions "FOOD" and "NON-FOOD".
We own ultra-modern bonded warehouses of 20.000 m2 located at Aartselaar midway between Brussels and Antwerp. We also have facilities for promotional packing and repacking as well as our own logistic service.
In the same philosophy as the founder, we are using all of our know-how in our long term vision & mission.
